Our expertise includes multifamily housing, 55+ communities, student housing, clubhouse and amenity centers, townhomes for rent and sale and single-family for rent homes.

While intentionally remaining small, the studio is equipped with the flexibility to expand seamlessly for larger or more complex developments by adding staff as needed. This model enables Roland Architecture to provide the personal attention of a boutique firm with the resources and capabilities to deliver at scale.
